Sarah Chapman MSc BSc (Hons) MCSP OLY
Sarah is a graduate in both Physiotherapy and Sports Science. She has been working as a physio for more than 15 years and has extensive experience of working within the NHS, Nuffield Health and private practice.
Sarah represented Team GB at the Sydney Olympic Games and as a physio has often worked in sport, with rugby union and Badminton England which has helped her to build excellent sports injury and rehab skills. Sarah has completed post-graduate Pilates training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and acupuncture training with the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists) and she enjoys integrating both into her practice. She is known as a hard-working physio who really cares about her clients, their treatments and supporting their progress. As a former world-ranked top 10 international badminton player she truly understands how injuries can impact on your emotional and physical health. When not in the clinic she is a mum to two boys and still enjoys coaching badminton.


Charlotte Grammer BSc (Hons) MCSP POGP
Charlotte is a vastly experienced chartered physiotherapist having worked in the profession for more than 25 years. Charlotte specialises in Pelvic Health physiotherapy and has spent many years working as a dedicated women’s health physiotherapist in the NHS. She is a Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Ashford and St Peter's Hospital in Surrey working closely with the consultants and is a member of the Association of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists (POGP). Before completing specialist training to work in pelvic health Charlotte worked extensively in both musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy so she can offer her clients fantastic depth of knowledge of how the body works. She is qualified to use acupuncture as part of a treatment. Charlotte is passionate about helping women to achieve their physical potential and uses a professional and caring approach to treatment. She understands the personal nature of some of the issues her clients need help with and feels very privileged to be able to work with and help them. When not working Charlotte is kept busy by her three daughters and an energetic Labrador!
Rowena Labuschagne BSc (Hons) MCSP APPI
Rowena is a Chartered Physiotherapist and a former dancer and fitness enthusiast. Her passion for exercise led her to complete a BSc degree in Human Movement Science followed by a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy, with a special interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) and exercise therapy. Rowena then completed post-graduate studies to qualify as a Pilates instructor with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) to become a certificate APPI Pilates Matwork Instructor. Rowena is also a certified aerobics and step-aerobics instructor, as well as a qualified tap-dancing teacher. Rowena enjoys helping people to restore muscle imbalances and improve body posture, which is key to assisting in the rehabilitation of all areas of the body with pain. She is a keen advocate for exercise and personally enjoys doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) combined with Pilates.


Endre Ipacs Diploma in Physical Education
Endre is a fully qualified massage therapist who really cares about his client's wellbeing and ensures
everyone leaves the treatment room feeling so much better than when they came in!
Endre has a strong sporting background as a professional sprint canoeist and represented Hungary in the 1998 world championships winning a bronze medal. As a professional athlete he worked with massage therapists to manage injuries and heavy training loads and as massage became an important part of his recovery he started to take a greater interest in the profession.
Endre also coaches paddle boarding and is an excellent coach so if you see him out on the river around Walton, Weybridge and Shepperton be sure to say hello!
Laura Lord VTCT Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist ISRM
Laura’s interest in massage started as a client. She often found herself sidelined with injuries and massage therapy played a crucial role in helping her to rehabilitate and return to her best. Laura then decided to study to the highest level to become a Level 5 soft tissue massage therapist and is a fully-qualified member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.
Trained in both clinical and sports massage Laura's treatments can effectively help you if you are struggling with back or neck pain, posture related pain or aches and pains from the stresses and stains of everyday life.
