Expert Ankle & Foot Physiotherapy in Surrey
Your feet and ankles are the foundation of every movement you make. They absorb significant forces with every step, providing stability, balance and propulsion whether you're walking, running, exercising or simply going about your daily routine.
When pain or injury develops, it can quickly affect your mobility, confidence and overall quality of life.
At Physical Health Physiotherapy, every patient receives a comprehensive assessment to identify the root cause of their symptoms before a personalised rehabilitation programme is created. Our goal isn't simply to reduce pain, we focus on restoring strength, improving movement and helping prevent future injuries.

Our Owner and Clinical Lead, Matt Saayman, is an experienced Extended Scope Practitioner and lower limb musculoskeletal (MSK) specialist, with extensive expertise in assessing and treating complex ankle and foot conditions. He works closely with leading orthopaedic consultants across Surrey and South West London and has a particular interest in sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and helping patients return confidently to the activities they enjoy.
Unlike many physiotherapy clinics, we have access to fully equipped rehabilitation gyms, functional training equipment, athletics tracks, exercise studios and hydrotherapy pools, allowing us to safely progress your rehabilitation from the early stages through to full recovery.
