Clincal Pilates Classes Surrey
Expert Pilates taught by Chartered Physiotherapists to improve strength, flexibility, posture and long-term movement health.

Unlike traditional Pilates classes, every session at Physical Health is led by an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist who has completed specialist APPI Pilates training.

This means every exercise is carefully selected to improve movement quality, reduce pain and build strength in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition or simply looking to move with greater confidence, our classes are designed to help you achieve lasting results.

Our small class sizes allow us to provide individual guidance and ensure exercises can be adapted to suit your ability and goals.
