Tennis Elbow & Padel Injuries

Tennis elbow is one of the most common causes of elbow pain and isn't limited to tennis players. It frequently affects people who work at a desk, perform repetitive lifting, use tools, go to the gym or participate in racquet sports.

With the rapid growth of padel, we are seeing increasing numbers of players presenting with elbow pain caused by repetitive gripping, powerful overhead shots and changes in training volume. Early physiotherapy assessment can significantly reduce recovery time and help you return to playing confidently.
