Hello everyone! I’m writing to share some important news with you. As of 1^st July 2026, Matt Saayman will be the new clinic owner of Physical Health. Many of you already know 'physio Matt' as he is fully established at both the Shepperton and Woking clinics.

I’ve decided after a fantastic seven years of building Physical Health to take a step to one side. I’m incredibly proud of the physiotherapy clinic I am leaving; Matt, Rowena, Anna and Charlotte are a superb team of highly skilled clinicians, and together with Louisa, fantastic and hard-working individuals who always do their best for you, the clients.

What this means for you:

1.      Your appointments: All booked and remain unchanged.

2.      Your physiotherapy notes and records: Your clinical notes and personal information will continue to be securely maintained by Physical Health, using the same cloud-based practice management software. Physical Health use Cliniko.

3.      Location: The Shepperton and Woking clinics continue to operate at the same venues and in the same way, with the same team. All contacts details stay the same.  

I would like to say THANK YOU to every past and current Physical Health client – it’s been a privilege to share your health and wellness journey with you. I wish you a happy and healthy future.

Before I sign off, I would just like to add word of mouth remains extremely important in healthcare, many of us seek reassurance of experiences from others when looking for ourselves, so please continue to say wonderful things about the Physical Health service.

I’m sad to be leaving such a fabulous team at Shepperton and Woking - but I’m looking forward to having a little less to juggle! I wish everyone a lovely summer ahead.
