About Matt
Matt completed both his undergraduate and Masters degrees in South Africa, where he gained his early years experience in both hospitals and outpatients settings before moving to England five years ago. Since coming to the UK Matt has worked in private practice and established himself as a highly regarded and hard-working physio - building excellent working relationships with local Orthopaedic consultants in south-west London and Surrey. Matt has more than 12 years experience of physiotherapy and particularly enjoys working with lower limb (hip, knee, foot and ankle) injuries and challenging post-surgical rehabilitation.
Matt enjoys competing in triathlons, including Ironman events, mountain biking and of course BBQs!

Matt Saayman MSc BSc (Hons) MCSP HCPC
Matt completed his Physiotherapy degree in South Africa, before going on to complete a Masters degree specialising in Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries. Over the past 12 years Matt has specialised further in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy, treating a wide range of conditions and rehabilitating people back to full fitness after surgery. He now enjoys working as an extended scope practitioner with a special interest in lower limb injuries and rehab. Like the rest of our team Matt enjoys sport and exercise, he has completed five full Ironman's, enjoys cycling, SUP on the river and spending times with his young family.
Charlotte Grammer BSc (Hons) HCPC POGP
Charlotte is a vastly experienced chartered physiotherapist having worked in the profession for more than 25 years. Charlotte specialises in Pelvic Health physiotherapy and has spent many years working as a dedicated women’s health physiotherapist in the NHS. She is a Senior Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Ashford and St Peter's Hospital in Surrey working closely with the consultants and is a member of the Association of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists (POGP). Before completing specialist training to work in pelvic health Charlotte worked extensively in both musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy so she can offer her clients fantastic depth of knowledge of how the body works. She is qualified to use acupuncture as part of a treatment. Charlotte is passionate about helping women to achieve their physical potential and uses a professional and caring approach to treatment. She understands the personal nature of some of the issues her clients need help with and feels very privileged to be able to work with and help them. When not working Charlotte is kept busy with family life and walking an energetic Labrador!
Rowena Labuschagne BSc (Hons) HCPC APPI
Rowena is a Chartered Physiotherapist and dance and fitness enthusiast. Her passion for exercise led her to complete a BSc degree in Human Movement Science followed by a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy, with a special interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) and exercise therapy. Rowena then completed post-graduate studies to qualify as a Pilates instructor with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) to become a certificate APPI Pilates Matwork Instructor. Rowena is also a certified aerobics and step-aerobics instructor, as well as a qualified tap-dancing teacher. Rowena enjoys helping people to restore muscle imbalances and improve body posture, which is key to assisting in the rehabilitation of all areas of the body with pain. She is a keen advocate for exercise and personally enjoys doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) combined with Pilates.
Sarah Chapman MSc BSc (Hons) HCPC OLY
Sarah is a graduate in both Physiotherapy and Sports Science. She has been working as a physio for more than 15 years and has extensive experience of working within the NHS, Nuffield Health and private practice.
Sarah represented Team GB at the Sydney Olympic Games and as a physio has often worked in sport, with rugby union and Badminton England which has helped her to build excellent sports injury and rehab skills. Sarah has completed post-graduate Pilates training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and acupuncture training with the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists) and she enjoys integrating both into her practice. She is known as a hard-working physio who really cares about her clients, their treatments and supporting their progress. As a former world-ranked top 10 international badminton player she truly understands how injuries can impact on your emotional and physical health. When not in the clinic she is a mum to two boys and enjoys coaching badminton.
