Our clinic is open for all services

Physical Health is open for face-to-face physiotherapy and sports massage appointments. Our physio-led Pilates classes are also taking place in the studio.

What are we doing differently?

We have strict Covid-19 measures in place to reduce the risk of infection for our staff and clients.

​​​

• Social distancing is maintained as much as possible and we offer staggered appointment times.

• Our therapists wear PPE as recommended by Public Health England.

• We kindly request our physiotherapy and sports massage clients continue to wear face masks in and around the clinic.

• We have sinks for hand washing and hand sanitiser pumps available in the treatment rooms as well as hand sanitiser throughout the hotel.

• As is our normal practice therapists wash, clean and disinfect their hands before and after any interaction with clients.  

• As is our normal practice we clean all therapist and client contact surface areas between appointments and leave the door open to ventilate the treatment room. 

• A deep clean of the clinic will be conducted daily and the door left open for ventilation.

 

Personal protective equipment (PPE)

Your physiotherapist or sports massage therapist will be wearing the following PPE at your appointment.

• Non-latex gloves (single use)

• Apron (single use)

• IIR facemask (single use)

What do you need to do?

​

To help us reduce the risk of infection for everyone, we ask you to: 

 

• Complete the online pre-screening Health and Wellbeing form for Covid-19 symptoms and contacts.

• Maintain social distancing where possible. 

• Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use the hand sanitiser before entering and when leaving the clinic.

• As the client it is your choice whether to wear a face covering in and around the clinic.

• If you are unwell please cancel your appointment.
