She has been working as a physio for more than 15 years and has extensive experience of working within the NHS, Nuffield Health and private practice. Sarah represented Team GB at the Sydney Olympic Games and as a physio has often worked in sport, with rugby union and Badminton England which has helped her to build excellent sports injury and rehab skills. Sarah has completed post-graduate Pilates training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and acupuncture training with the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists) and she enjoys integrating both into her practice. She is known as a hard-working physio who really cares about her clients, their treatments and supporting their progress. As a former world-ranked top 10 international badminton player she truly understands how injuries can impact on your emotional and physical health. When not in the clinic she is a mum to two young boys and still enjoys coaching badminton.

Nicola Theobald BA (Hons) ITEC VTCT

Nicola is a sports massage therapist with over 14 years of experience in clinical environments working alongside Physiotherapists and other complimentary health professionals in Surrey and South West London.  Having built up two successful practices she treats a wide range of clients from weekend sporting enthusiasts to busy mums, professional athletes, dancers and everyone else in-between. Nicola trained as a dancer at the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and this has enabled her to have a comprehensive understanding of the body and its limitations. Whilst training  a persistent ankle injury led her to experience the full power of sports massage for recovery, injury management and prevention. Nicola's treatments work to assess the whole body, taking a holistic approach to  assessment and formulating a treatment plan. When not working in the clinic Nicola enjoys dancing ballet and coaching younger students at her old ballet school. Her other hobbies are tap dancing and cake baking.
